Man, COMCAST / XFINITY makes it so hard to like them. First, I pay $19.99 a month for internet only. I am one day late $9.99 FEE....50%!!! Will they give you a break for first time late? NOPE. Then last weekend my internet was down from Friday through Monday(today) called multiple times over the weekend to reach customer service. My top 3 wait times?? 37 minutes (before I hung up), 1 hour (before I hung up), and lastly.....wait for it.... 2 hours and 30 mins (before I hung up). Customer service? Does not exist at COMCAST / XFINITY ... If you can void them AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.... Use them at your own risk. They make it easy to Dislike them. $$$$$$ THEIR ONLY INTERE$T I$ IN YOUR MONEY $$$$$$$
