Man acquitted in compatriot attack. Accusations concocted: Lawyer The Misdemeanor Court presided over by Judge Hassan Al Shammari acquitted a Kuwaiti Citizen who was accused of allegedly attacking a compatriot with a stick knob causing injuries to the latter. The plaintiff informed the court that the defendant had suddenly jumped out of his vehicle and attacked him, submitting a medical report in which he apparently received treatment for the injuries for 30 days . The defense attorney said the plaintiff was falsely accusing his client as the evidences provided by the plaintiff were mere concoction of imaginary statement without concrete proof.
