Man pleads guilty in Propst murder PEORIA, Ill. — One of two men facing murder charges in the death of a homeless man has pleaded guilty and faces up to 55 years in prison. Adam Brown-Windle made his plea before Judge Kevin Lyons today. Charges of armed robbery and dismembering a human body were dismissed. 22-year-old Dylan Propst was found dead in the crawl space of a vacant East Bluff home last year. Propst died of multiple stab wounds and blunt force injuries to his head and chest. Another man, Jay Conway, still faces Murder, Armed Robbery, and Dismemberment charges.
