Man the Tennant upstairs is such a dick head. Hes just had a go at be because i told the building management company that his bike was blocking the corridor and apparently he doesnt care about them or fire safety but would prefer if i told him directly and apparently hes not paid his waterbill because he doesnt care about them either and everyone in the UK hates international students and he hates rules.
