Since its establishment in 1974, the company has tackled a wide range of construction projects across Indonesia, ranging from building and infrastructure construction to piping installation. Currently we are based in Jakarta with operations in four major regions in Indonesia, they are the Sulawesi region, Kalimantan region, Jawa region and Sumatera region. Manager HRD Job Description Responsibilities: In charge of manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relation. Develop talent and careers, including management development Provide overall HR leadership for the organization, both in terms of providing clear strategic direction for the function and ongoing operational support and guidance. Responsible for the strategic plan of human resources function. Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers. Interpret and advise on employment legislation. Develop and administer policies on different employee classifications, wage structures and related matters Develop policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required skill(s): provide overall HR leadership for the organization, set up balance scorecard, implementing KPI to all divisions, evaluating employees, adhere to ISO requirements and audit, and Industrial Relation Act.
