Manager, e-banking and Project Management Job Purpose - Responsible for maintaining the proper function and further development of the Electronic Banking, as well as promoting the usage of the channel with the ultimate goal of bringing in revenue for the bank - Assisting the FVP, e-banking and Project Management to provide project management for e-banking services including collect requirements from different product groups or users with IT, control cost and schedule, perform testing and roll out, oversee compliance related issues Responsibilities: - Plan and implement new services / initiates for e-banking - Conduct, manage and evaluate the e-banking marketing campaign - Monitor the market trend and make creative recommendations in order to keep abreast of customer needs - Handle e-banking operations - Liaise with relevant parties to ensure proper function of e-banking services - Communicate with different users and collect requirements to ITD to implement new services / products on e-channel, perform UAT, provide training and project tracking on quality, cost and timeline to ensure the timely delivery and completion of projects assigned - Prepare / provide support on procedural design and user requirements for system enhancements related to Wealth Management & Consumer Finance products - Liaise with end users at all levels and IT groups on project implementations - Add value to business clients/users in the new product design/campaign, operational design and system applicability Requirements: - Degree holder in Business, Information Technology or related disciplines - Lower qualification applicant with extensive banking product knowledge would also be considered - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with 2 years of experience in creative e-platforms technologies or internet related environment gained from banking or financial institutions - Knowledge in e-channel service and retail banking products - Experience in project related to Mobile Apps, e-statement and online payment service will be an advantage - Well verse in project management or System Development Life Cycle - Strong business sense on the development trend of e-banking service, innovative, excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good interpersonal and people management skills - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Attractive remuneration and fringe benefits will be given to the successful candidate.
