Managing Prophetic encounters: Beloved, id like to share some home spun wisdom that will prove useful in enriching our walk with God. Think of it like wisdom needed to manage how we walk with God in order to enhance our productivity. There are many issues the Lord doesnt tell us directly on our face whenever we encounter Him in the Heavens because He expects us to know and do them since they are written in scripture. In a nutshell, the parable of the talents has alot of wisdom on how the Lord expects us to Stewards all of His investment into our hearts. For the purposes of understanding, lets take the talents to represent any encounters, vision, revelations or Angelic input we get in this supernatural move. For every prophetic encounter we have with the Lord, we need a scriptural anchorage which provides us with broadside shapes of His Nature and Character, by that i mean we def see alot of realities in Heaven that are not in the bible but they must not contradict His Nature and Character. Beloved, im not referring to any doctrinal matter but im driving us to being more productive stewards of the Lord investment in us. Practically speaking, imagine one has an encounter with an Angel named Breakthrough, what are the unspoken expectations and indirect implications of the Lord for such a saint? -The Lord expects such a saint to dig scriptures centred around instances of breakthrough in order to deepen their understanding. -Study the direct impact of instances when God brought forth breakthrough to people and its practical impact. -Seek to understand His Heart intent behind provision of Breakthrough. -Meditate and uncover the ways of the Lord and lessons buried in the process leading to the encounter. -Trade the encounter and plant that seed in the garden of ones heart, tend and mature it. -Think of ways of sharing the same grace imparted, lessons learnt with the immediate body of Christ in order to glorify Him where permitted. -identify areas of Life that need adjustment in order for the breakthrough to have full impact. I have observed in the mystical movement an attribute in many that hampers depth. We seek to engage Heaven everyday and seem to be having so many encounters but dont take time to deepen and anchor them in Clarity of understanding and practical application. So to that effect, many are getting caught in the wow factor of seeking fresh encounters everyday but still have little and shallowness of understanding because of failure to drill deep. In order to mature, we must understand the Heart of Father is not to thrill and entertain us but to mature us by equipping us for purpose. God has an ultimate intent behind raising up a Melchizedek priesthood, if we dont have sight of the ultimate, we will become slaves of the immediate. God bless you..
