Managing Transitions The speech delivered by Br. Ricardo P. Laguda FSC during the A.Y. 2014-2015 University General Assembly held last May 30. DLSU is DLSU because it has survived and managed transitions. DLSU is DLSU because it knows how to be sensitive, adaptive, and flexible in responding to the many changes that happen within and outside the university.
