Manchester City Elite Development Squad manager Patrick Vieira is enjoying his first season as coach. Vieira is embracing the opportunity to work with gifted youngsters and earn his stripes away from the pressure cauldron of senior football. "I’m finding it really interesting," he told the Daily Mail. "It’s a new challenge in my life and I love it. I’m really pleased that the football club gave me the opportunity to learn in this management role and I’m learning every day. "Everybody is different. I wanted to start with young players and learn the job before making the big step. There is no right or wrong, it is just what suits you best and this is the way I wanted to take it."
