Manchester United are worth £2billion if they was to sell now, yet people keep saying we are not worth £1billion. . We are definitely worth a billion quid in todays market, what on earth makes people think we are not???.. Is it the lack of big stadium?, if so the new owners will have a big shiny stadium as part of the package as Lewis would have paid for it by the time he leaves.. That alone will be worth about half a billion or not far off.. Is it the lack of champions league football? If so we have delivered European football for 9 of the last 10 years and are consistently a top 5/6 club and as of this year the Europa league winner gains entry to the champions league, so that basically means the Europa League now has a prize of up to 50-70 million pounds if entry to the worlds most richest trophy is gained... Or is it the fact they think we are just a little football club??? Because we are in fact in the top 20 most followed clubs around Europe globally. Tottenham Hotspur doesnt just stop at white hart lane and Hotspur way, we are not just a football club, we are now a global brand name, we have our fingers in pies all over the world.. We have academies setting up all over the place and investing into the growth and expansion of football in huge places like America, Malaysia, South Africa and any new owner will be getting all that as part of the sell on package... So when you think about Tottenham Hotspur, dont just think of a little stadium in North London, think of all the stuff we are doing globally as well, not to mention our state of the art training centre which is the envy of teams as big as Real Madrid etc. Tottenham Hotspur is more than just Tottenham Hotspur FC these days, we are now Tottenham Hotspur the brand name too. We have fingers in pies all over the world. So I would say we was easily a £1billion organisation, if United with no European football is worth £2billion. MG
