Mandi Line: The costumes are made to the point where everyone on their dress has a secret loop and it hooks on a button so that they can move in them and pull them up so that they’re not long. Every single girl has a corset on and a bustle underneath her dress. Everyone also has the proper undergarments! Alloy Entertainment: What’s your favorite part about PLL Season 4 Halloween? Mandi Line: I can’t say too much but I love that it’s a party theme and that, on top of that, the girls are in spooky Ravenswood. Alloy Entertainment: Speaking of Ravenswood, are you going to serve as costume designer on the spin-off as well? Mandi Line: They asked me to at first and if the show was shot in Los Angeles I would have loved that. But they’re shooting in New Orleans and Marlene was like, “Mandi we really want you to work on this” but it’s tough working on wardrobe and costumes for two shows that film in two cities that are so far apart.
