Mandingo Association of Texas The Board & Executive Administration Press Release [3] Position Statements After the Board of Directors last night’s meeting, the community is hereby informed that we have decided to finally take over the Mandingo Association of Texas for the next two years, to prevent our beloved Association from slipping into chaos. Our decision to take over the community at this point comes as a result of the Executive Administration’s failure to meet and sit with the Board to discuss and plan the Association’s 2014 calendar, and other important things. The decision taken is in line with our founders’ and community members’ agreements. In view of the above, the Board hereby takes the following actions: That Mr. Isiaka Sidibay is hereby recalled from Felmausa’s Board. The Board of Directors and Care Taker will in the next weeks to come send a new representative to Felmausa’s Board to represent Texas; Ongoing Inaugural Announcement- It has been brought to our attention that Mr. Sidibay has been involved in calling out of States, inviting people to an inauguration, here in Texas. The Board wishes to inform the entire Mandingo community that there is no inauguration planned in Dallas, Texas; and that Mr. Sidibay no longer represents this community, and anyone dealing with him, will be doing so at his/her risk; Felmausa: As stated in our first public communique, we would like the current Felmausa leadership to play a neutral role in our community’s affairs, or stay out of it;- nothing more, nothing less; and finally, Mr. Al Donzo with Felmausa News: We advise Mr. Al Donzo to refrain, going forward, from reporting untrue and unverifiable news, giving to him by individual(s) from our community. While we are not journalists, or claiming to be ones, we believe that journalism calls for ethical and balanced reporting, which we think Mr. Donzo has failed to follow here.
