Manmohan Singh has written a letter to Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa expressing regret for not attending the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meet (CHOGM). According to sources, the PM in his letter has said that he respects the value of CHOGM but there are compelling reasons because of which he could not attend the meet.... If had seen them , he must be knowing the Compelling reasons blocking Mr.Singhs journey . and must have had learnt the power of a state which can dictate the nation and its Foreign policy . He should learn from Indian way of Democracy where a State was also given equal opportunity compel and dictate terms for the PM to take decisions on their behalf while the state roaring like a Lion !
