Mannnnn i got some Shit to tell yall today.....First let me say i probably Fd myself up be even eating today... I did eat like 3 sweet plantains around 11am this morning.. so thats all i had so far and its like 8pm.. But anyways i was like, well let me just go outside and F around so i put on my weight vest 20lbs and picked up this big ole rock 125lbs, yes i actually weighed it a while ago... so i it was long and awkward to hold against my chest, so i held it doing goblet squats 10 sets of 10, i kept supersetting with Wide,super wide range dips with a weight vest on, that was kind of challenging.. same 10 sets between 6-10 reps.... So yea i did those bad bois got some good movements in. Yea i felt great, no lie with the pace and intensity along with the RIPbreathing im always talking about he kind of worked me. So i finished that.. Then i drank alot of water for some odd reason, i love drinking water, that all i drank, but today i drank more than normal.. Im cool everything happen for a reason.. Then yea so i went to the gym which i didnt plan on at all today, because i wanted to stay away.. So yea that consisted of i did a whole bunched of weighted Pushups yall know how i do it with all those 45s i throw on me.. anyways i super set those with some static squats hold between 5-30 seconds on the pause for reps..., then i switched up my pushup variations of all kinds.. so some good work, then i did me alot of sets of Single leg Romanian Deadlifts... you know after that i was um knocking out my Manups did some sets of those,.. I was suppose to do some more stuff but i ended up talking yall know how that go i loves to talk alot.. but i did great on talking today with the people, i keep folks interested in the Life of Rip these folks ready to get rid of the blood and starch its in the eyes so im happy bout that anyways o yea i cant forget about the COCONUT OIL/CAYENNE combo, i had a good mix on it today, because it had my circulation ON point today no lie, that temp was warming up i was like whoaaaaaaa.. Even had one of the young females who was working out with me she even did great was blowing out all her past records, Ofcourse she dropping that blood n starch so she doing good, But because of her glute activation, she did say her back was tiring out from our combination of movements, so i said her put this coconut oil/cayenne on that part it will heat up and send loads of blood to that area and youll be good, so as she did her static squats she was like damn Rip you right, damn ima have to start putting this on all over.. i was like you think this is a joke what i do.. Yall know how i gets down... but yea so the workout was a plus..great workout, plus great conversation... Yea i bet yall tripping out, like da fuq this dude got all that energy on 3SWEET PLANTAINS, da hell i need what he on...hahah But yea i keep telling yall all that eating folks be doing for that So called eating is SUPER OVERRATED, them folks done deceived yall... OK, now this is the part that got me, the main reason i went to the gym because i wanted to get dropped off and run back so i think it was 3 miles, OR just over 3 miles IF yall know me personally, yall know i DO NOT run at all i will not run, especially long distance.... Yall remember me talking about running for weight loss in the future was NOT my style at all. SO that means i have no stamina at all, i i havent been active on anything lately, havent been doing anything.. Hell imnot even a run on no levels.. its crazy, BUT today i was like Well i do be talking all that shit, of saying the Life of Rip this and that, anyways i told myself today you know what ima Run back From the gym and see whasup.. OK first all let me say the longest i ever ran in my life non stop was 1.5 miles in the military test and my avg. time on that in 8 years was 10 minutes.. some times i did faster sometimes slower.. but i never really ran to prepare for the test, because im not a runner at all that ish just boring.. Anyways After i walked out the gym told some folks im bout to run home they looked at me crazy, and said da fuq, man you crazy... I told my uncle i was gone do it, Of course he can be negative alot, because of things he Can Not do o well thats how he roll, he was like man you cant do that, im like why not, I breathe effectively it should be a walk, he said you gotta prepare for it, i said, ive been working on my breathing well really for years, but really tough in the past 2 years, wait, maybe close to 3... Then i was like i been hooping just a lil and it seems i dont get tired, he was like well thats difference its a change of pace and you do some walking and sitting out.. I was like ok, well ima do it anyways.. Anyways i got on the road started jogging, got my RipBreathing down on how i like it and started the jog home, it felt so easy, like my legs wasnt tired at all, i started sweating alot that sun was beaming on me good, NOW remember the COCONUT OIL/CAYENNE.... yea that started to really take its place, my whole body started to FIRE da fuq up. im like damnnn Im like whoaaa this ish feel good all over, my circulation was on point, my breathing on point, then all of a sudden, i guess since it Seemed my thighs wanted to TIRE out all of a sudden i had a real hot burning sensation in that area and it was like i was good as knew, i was concentrating to send oxygen to that area also and it happen, i was like damnnn this is crazy im learning to control myself.. My breathing around the half way mark started to get real shaky, i started breathing fast, in/out real fast, so i calmed myself down after 1-3 minutes cant remember, then after i calmed down something weird happen i picked up the past like it was nothing... so i finished the run, when i finished my whole body heated tha fuq up like whoaaa i hopped in the shower all sweaty with a cold shower, got out and i was steal heated up.. circulation is like whoaaa right now!!! i feel great no lie.. That RUN was a big time Success.. TO many of yall who run every day 3 miles is nothing, BUT to me a guy who dont run, who aint gone run, who has no kind of stanima.... THIS is great wouldnt yall say so? this was a great success.. Im always talking about nutrition/Ripbreathing/Sungazing.. shiiii that paid off.. O yea i forget to mention i had 10 lbs on my back and when i got home i wasnt TIRED at all.. im like this is odd, because my first time EVER in my life running this long and haven t done it in YEARs, i mean shouldnt i had been atleast tired ,winded,sore,stiff of something??? this isnt suppose to happen, can some one explain why im not winder or tired, especially if this is not my style at all and ive always hadd weak stamina my whole life.. Hell yea im proud of myself, this a real big breakthrough and accomplishment, and the thing with the coconut oil/cayenne was a big success on accident!!!!!! im proud of myself with this experiment.
