Doing heavy mitts and plyometrics. Freddie Roach: We have a mixture of sparring partners like Mike Jones who is tall and powerful. Manny is showing good power so far and showing the intensity that I want. I would love to see a knockout. Bob Arum: The knockout comes, the knockout comes. For us to look for a KO against an intelligent fighter like Algieri would be silly. But you dont look to go out to get a knockout bc you need to fight your fight.
