Mantaq Systems #SolutionArchitect #Careers @mantaq/company/careers.php Education Minimum BCS – MCS would be a plus Certification Certifications would be a Plus; • MCSA or MCSE (would be a plus) • MS Dynamics AX 2012 Installation & Configuration (would be a plus) • MCSA or MCSE Experience (Minimum 6 Years) • MS SQL installation, maintenance & performance tuning • Cluster & Virtualization concepts, any experience in implementation would be a plus • Knowledge of full application life cycle design tools and methodologies • MS Dynamics AX installation (Test, Staging & Production instance) • Trouble shooting • Hardware sizing • Solution design (experience with MS Dynamics AX would be a plus) • Automated backup procedures & solutions • Scripting • Integration between different software applications Soft Skills • Self-motivated, team player, action and result oriented • Well organized, good communication and reporting skills • Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines Responsibility • Solution and System Architecture Designing (exposure with MS Dynamics AX would be a plus) • Working with sales team and customers on pre-sales, post-sale and post-delivery support engagements • Maintaining and implementing standards of installation, performance tuning and solution design • Planning and execution for new implementation and application upgrade projects • Identifying and selecting appropriate technologies for the project • Review & Audit of applications for quality, performance, security & errors • Leading the Estimation Group to Scope and estimate Enterprise Projects • Management of own team and coordination with cross functional teams
