Many focus on how you treat your dogs!!! Each breed has genetic make up that requires different safeguards! A well loved , needy little beagle male was let off his yard runner.....chain, because he chewed through all else family made for him in 12 years ! This dog is loved.....and well taken care of....and the woman who did this believes NO dog should be chained........This is true, if 24/7......this is true if , no life other than the chain! This is NOT true of a dog / family member that will run until his feet bleed.......just because!.This is NOT true of a dog who was almost killed had a neighbor not just bought a pound of turkey and put this muddy mess in her car before flattening him! As with many other groups .....there are extremists! Had you been trying to rescue this dog, THIS was NOT the way! We all have opinions on treatment. ..Frankly I dont think dogs belong in pocket books, never allowed to walk on their own legs.....but I cant steal your purse! Use the proper channels...There is true cruelty going on under your nose.....but that takes work.....easier to click a runner and say u made a difference.......I suppose you did......nearly ended a life!!! I would say thats quite a difference! :/
