Many migrants came to the UK on a student visa. However, many did not continue studying and went on a full time job instead. Some schools even got their licenses revoked or suspended. As a result, a lot of student migrants could not renew their visas. Many also think that their visa is still valid, but is technically invalid already due to their circumstances. Furthermore, some jump from one student visa type to another, not knowing that they are only allowed a number of years to stay in some categories.
