Many of my clients receive immigration benefits based on marriage. Immigration asks a lot of questions to see if they think it is a valid marriage. They dont ask some of the questions in the study but immigration isnt concerned of whether the marriage lasts but if it was real at inception. But I see some of the logic in what proof they ask for to prove the validity of the marriage like who was in attendance at the wedding ceremony, trips together ie honeymoon, etc.
