Many of you have been around and seen the changes in employees over the past two years. We have had some really great employees who have all worked very hard for us. There were definitely ups and downs and times where things were done that I was not happy with, but overall each one worked to the best of their abilities for us. Sandy, Chris, Josh were our original employees and helped us get our start in the retail store. Sandy and Chris moved on to new jobs and Josh went away to college. Losing our employees in the middle of the year was difficult and forced a closure of the store because I was working full time and could not train new employees. When we reopened, Tasha was our main employees and I was in the kitchen. When I had to return to work we hired April as the main baker, and as business picked up we then hired Heather. When Tasha left we brought in Danielle from time to time to help out when we were overbooked and needed help with cakes and shortly after hired Megan and Kayla. All of our employees have been an asset to Addi Cakes and helped us when we really needed it, I thank you for all your hard work and effort towards helping Addi Cakes sustain. If anyone out there is in need of two great girls who work very hard, please stop in and talk to April and Kayla, in one week when we close they will be in need of a job.
