Many of you may have met our little Lucy. She had a hemilaminectomy and initially did fine. After a few days, she became paralyzed again after having the surgery. The doctor opened her back up and nothing seemed to be a reason for this to occur. Lucy and her parents then came to us in hopes of her regaining the ability to walk. The first part of the video is of her getting E-Stim; a method of sending an electrical current through the muscles to make them contract and then relax after the current subsides; simulating real muscle movement. The second half of the video is of her today. Stories like this truly bring tears to our eyes. We are genuinely thrilled to be able to get this little lady back on her feet :)
