I am not buying this sublimation argument for a second. Those of us who have actually gotten out of the house in our lives and gone winter camping know that snow balls melt and turn to water very quickly when you throw them on a fire. I have seen vids on YouTube where this polymer shit just sits there in a fire or on a wood stove without any physical change for minutes on end... I am also not buying the dirty butane argument for the burnt plastic (or polymer) smell either! Look for real I grew up in the 80s man and used lighters to burn a lot more shit than so called frozen water if you are caching my drift ....and never did one of those chemical compounds organic or orherwise EVER smell like burnt plastic! Look the burning snow test is totally unscientific, but so is finding one possible explanation and running your mouth before you run any further actually scientific tests
