Many people I have conversed with are of the opinion that faith is a crazy thing because no one can prove it. This is erroneous. Mathematical and scientific proofs of men are not the only proofs there are! God understood the relevance of evidence long before anyone who made them popular in any literature was born. This is the reason why He did not send Moses to Pharoah without proof that His word is true. In the same way, God sent Jesus and proved the words of Jesus. Gods proof to the world is in the form of miracles, signs and wonders. Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know...-Acts 2:22. Of course, these must be accompanied by good deeds but the point is you may not see faith while it is at work but the results will eventually show up as the proof. In recent years, God has proved many men/women of God but people refuse to hear them. Take Smith Wrigglesworth for example. He never read a book in his entire life apart from the Bible. His wife was the one who taught him how to read and write. He was so consumed by faith in the scriptures that 21 people were raised from the dead through his life and ministry. 21 people! What proof again do we want? He proved that if we would use the same methods that Jesus used, we will get the same results and bring life into dead circumstances or people. Wow!
