Many people today resist the idea of being committed to anything,because they want to be free. True freedom however, isnt being able to do whatever you want whenever you want. Real freedom is the ability to make choices that honor God and align with His word. Besides, as a Christian, you arent even free to do whatever you like because youve been bought at a huge price by our lord Jesus Christ. Hence, as long as you are still want to be Christian, youve got no choice than to obey without exemptions. It might appear it costs a lot to be submissive to God, but it costs more to abuse our freedom. Obedience may be tasking, but the dividends are very high. Have a blissful weekend.
