Many school have booked private practice rooms, so majority of dancers will have a school room to place their items in through out the weekend. Hallways must be kept clear. Security will not allow people to camp out in the hallways or Ballrooms. You are allowed to bring items into the practice room, with in reason. You are not allowed to set up a camp site, tables, chairs, blankets, coolers, food warmers, etc. There needs to be room for dancers to practice. The Oireachtas is not a feis. It is a major dance competition in a very nice hotel. Dancers & families should respect the hotel facility and bring only the necessary items for the immediate dance competition that can remain with you at your seat in the ballroom. Additional property should be left in ur hotel room. Dancers should plan to get ready in their hotel room before coming down to practice or compete, therefore bringing less stuff with them. Group gatherings should take place in the lobby and other public meeting spaces in the hotel. Thank you for your cooperation and efforts to assist in this matter #MARO14
