Many thanks to Susan Keeny & Lynn Kirch for their expertise & leadership in the kitchen on Sunday. Everything was delicious, and Susans quinoa salad was a huge, healthy hit! Thanks also to our slicers, dicers, seasoners, tasters & servers, especially our dessert server, Caroline. Speaking of dessert, thank you, Bill Callander for providing the yummy desserts! (They offset the healthy quinoa, for sure!) Thanks, also to those who helped set-up & adorn & tear-down & clean-up. And, a special note of gratitude to Rich, who added a personal touch to our luncheon with his amazing music!
