Many thanks to all the people who came out to Boondocks last night, to perform and to show support. We had some regulars play as well as some new players, all in all it was a great time. We opened it up with my band, (J.Parx Band), Jim Olson, Glenn Isenhart, and I were joined by Evan Autrey for a few songs, then Jerry Vanderhoff took over and played a set of his originals. Gabe Couch, Will Jackson, and Don Don Eppenger played a cool set of blues and other stuff, then Mike Mcgrath played a set of country with his band, Tom T. filled in on guitar. Other people who played were Ron Fontaine, Ron V. Zitta, Doug Underwood, Terry Dobson, Jim Maleszewski, Willis (I dont know his last name), Wyatt Hintermeister, Gary Hoekwater, and probably some I forgot. The highlight for many though was W. Michael Freer closing it out with his unique style of blues, then playing some harp with us on the last few songs. A great night, and thanks to Carole Saylor, Deb, & Mark, for making it so much fun to play at Hubbles.
