Many thanks to the over 600 people who registered for or volunteered to help at this years Homewood Schools Fund Run! And in case you missed it, Dr. Mitchell completed the race wearing a No. 2 pencil costume. Mitchell (happily) made good on the challenge he issued to school district staff : beat last years staff participation in the event to see him run the race in the costume. On Sunday, 100 staff members ran, walked or volunteered. Way to go, District 153 staff!
