Many years ago my husband and I were told that we would never be able to have children by our doctor. Although it was devastating to hear at the time, we decided to accept that if this was what God had for us, we would trust Him, even though this picture of our family was so different than what we had dreamed of. Imagine our surprise and joy, when that same doctor delivered our first son, 38 years ago today! We put the matter into HIS hands, and He said ... Watch what I can do! And just to show out, He gave us TWO more!! Ha! This miracle son, David Preston, Jr, has been all and more than we ever imagined! What an absolute joy it has been to see him grow into the man he has become! He is a loving husband and father, coach and teacher ... Just this past year he, himself, led both his children to Jesus, each coming to him, knowing he would tell them the truth and guide them correctly. Dave, I thanked The Lord for you, before you ever were, believing God could do anything and thanking Him in advance! I am so proud of you and thank The Lord everyday and always will!
