No Heat Residential Furnace Call, Chain of events took place, meaning multiple issues, Found a Blower wheel not working due to a burnt relay on the Blower Circuit Board. Replaced the Board, and Found a T Stat had not been properly installed back on its base, after living room was painted during remodeling.... the T stat could not have shorted the Circuit board for those who are thinking it would cause it to happen again. Reason being, the Stat doesnt have a Blower Control Wire. Only for the Gas Valve. and Voila. Furnace works fine, Although, the Blower wheel is dirty, where homeowner wanted to clean themselves to save some cash, and change their filter. Filters not being Changed and simply being honest for history of any Equipment helps the person troubleshooting, time and saves you money. Although, starting fresh is how it is supposed to be done. History always helps to correct all multiple unknown issues on equipment that has not been maintained.
