Mapeza new FC Platinum coach Norman Mapeza is set to be announced as the new FC Platinum coach CUN can reveal.Mapeza will take over from Lloyd Mutasa who resigned earlier today. Mapeza will start his duties next week. A source close to the negotiations told CUN, “Yes its true Mapeza is the new coach what’s left is for him to be officially unveiled ,he has already signed a contract”. “Mutasa was a good coach but the club felt he was not the right person to lead the club to achieve its targets. FC Platinum as a club have high expectations” Norman Mapeza a favourite of many fans has been out of the local football scene after leaving the Warriors head coach post. Mutasa has been tasked with leading FC Platinum to more silverware this season. FC Platinum clinched the Independence Cup earlier in the year. FC Platinum spokesperson Chido Chizondo could neither deny or confirm development but said an announcement of a new coach would be made soon.
