Mar 28, 2014 - I cannot believe they are admitting this, but I am glad the CDC is finally admitting this. It is higher than 1 in 25, but at least they admit that people get deadly infections from hospitals. I personally believe these infections that are drug resistant were created in a laboratory, because of what I learned in chemical and biological warfare when I was in the military. CDC: On any given day, about 1 in 25 hospital patients has an infection caused by their medical care. One in every 9 patients who gets an infection will die during their hospitalization. Over the last several years, great progress has been made in preventing some infections, but more work needs to be done.
