Marathon Training 11th August 2014. Todays session was crossfit which included; warm up, 4 rounds 5 reps 90kg front squat with 3 sec pause bottom. 4 rounds; 200m run, max effort pull-ups, max effort burpees (2 min) with 2 min rest between. This was a gassy workout but I enjoyed it. The group drills are always more enjoyable and creates a bit of friendly competition. Ill pretty much rest now until Quadrathon starting Thursday this week in Donegal.
