March 14th 2012 was the day I wrote my first auto policy with American Family, to a personal friend of mine. Earlier this week, my friend had an accident and her vehicle was declared a total loss! Im thankful that shes ok, shes thankful she trusted me to put the right coverages in place for her. For just two dollars a month I convinced her to put gap insurance on her policy, which allowed her to have the difference between the value of the vehicle and what she owed on it fully covered. She wouldve had to pay $3,000 more! Not on my watch! After the sale, comes the great service! After all, you are Family! Have a great weekend, I know I am! :)
