March 31st Deadline to renew zipForm® Congratulations to those of you whose members have registered for zipForm® Plus as part of their CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® member benefit. As a C.A.R. member, your members are entitled to receive zipForm® Plus at no charge for another year. In order to take advantage, they will need to renew the software license by accepting the license agreement. During the month of March, they will be notified inside of zipForm® Plus (online) or zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop) to renew. Follow the simple instructions below: Renewing zipForm® Plus (online) 1. Log in to your zipForm® Plus via car.org. 2. Click “Renew Now”. 3. Read through the license agreement in its entirety. If you choose to accept the License Agreement, click “Yes”. 4. A confirmation screen will appear after agreeing to the License Agreement. 5. Click Continue button to launch your zipForm® Plus account. Renewing zipForm® 6 Standard (desktop) 1. Launch zipForm® 6 Standard from your desktop. 2. Click “Renew Now”. 3. Read through the license agreement in its entirety. If you choose to accept the License Agreement, click “Yes”. 4. A confirmation screen will appear after agreeing to the License Agreement. 5. Double-click zipForm® 6 Standard icon from your desktop to start using your software. *Note that if members have previously purchased an add-on product such as a form library or the mobile version, they will be prompted to enter their credit card before completing the renewal process. **Once zipForm® is renewed on one platform (i.e. zipForm® Plus), it automatically renews the other platforms (zipForm® 6 Standard and zipForm® Mobile Web Edition). zipForm® Team Edition: Work collectively with a team within zipForm® Plus The NEW zipForm® Plus Team Edition offers real estate teams the flexibility and versatility that they offer their clients. zipForm® Plus Team Edition is designed specifically for real estate teams to: • Create transactions for other team members • Edit transactions on behalf of other team members • Share and create templates with the team • Manage team member account access Additional features include: • Mobile transaction access with zipForm® Mobile
