Marissa Buckles asked I have a few questions.. 1. what is the absolute BEST food to feed a Dane? We have tried SEVERAL brands to try and help him gain weight (hes never been healthy or at a healthy weight despite our numerous efforts). The only brand that hes been able to tolerate without getting deathly ill is Purina..dont yell at me. I know its not the best but he can tolerate it so weve stuck with it. 2. What medicines do you have experience with for a malfunctioning pancreas?? We tried Pancraved for about 8 months and it made no difference. 3. Does anyone else have an issue with their Dane chewing/eating their tail?? Im considering have his tail amputated because he wont leave it alone. Weve wrapped it up and he acts like he doesnt notice it...until you stop watching him. Then he goes and hides and eats the bandage...and continues to eat his tail. ...HELP!
