Mark OConnell of The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Elite and Nashville has had a diverse and interesting week selling #Nashville real estate: He met up with existing clients at the TAREG tailgating event on Sunday. It was unfortunate that the #TennesseeTitans were beaten but a good time was had by all. Monday and Tuesday was spent showing a range of different properties to one new client and one existing client. These properties included 3 bedrooms single family homes in near downtown Nashville in the $200,000 to $300,000 price range for the existing customer. The new client viewed a number of USDA eligible single family homes in Lebanon and Murfreesboro in the $150,000 – $200,000 price range. Both clients found a property which they liked and an offer was written for each client on Wednesday, these are still under consideration. On Thursday, Mark closed on a single family home in #Murfreesboro where he was the listing agent. This house had been under contract with a home sale contingency and so the client was absolutely delighted when the transactions was completed with the help Tennessee Title Services who represented both parties. Friday was spent connecting with new and existing clients and arranging viewings for the weekend and next week. Busy times selling real estate in Nashville!
