Mark Rossi posted to Musica Universalis - I discovered that the movement of intervals is based on an infinite vibration of stillness...there are unalterable geometries that can be seen in cymatic patterns... Sound is the carrier of silent geometries... Music is the movement of the structures of vibratory silence.... The lines separate the spaces and the spaces separate the lines....the separations/intervals expose natural geometries.... That are embedded in silence...it takes sound to reveal them...sound is the catalyst that awakens the underlying fabric of structure through vibration.... This conclusion suggests that silence is vibrational...life is a silent awareness of sound...thought is another reflection of sound emanating from the silence....
