Market Pick Up & Hiring a Company to Make Meals I’m feeling the buzz of the real estate market start to gain momentum… as if a dam holding back water just waiting for the floodgates to open. The inevitable spring business rush is on the brink of change. It’s been a slow spring, (for me anyways) with a lot of buyers and sellers “sitting on the fence” trying to make a decision on what serves them best. Should I sell, should I buy, should I wait? HHHmmmm….. What to do? I got a signed listing with an elderly lady in Oak Bay that hasn’t moved in 40 years. There’s a ton of work to be done before it’s ready for MLS – and so the project begins. Also, appraised a terrific little rental in Saanich but they were unhappy with the current market value and are most likely going to rent for a couple years before attempting a sale… Sold a condo on Fort St. As things heat up… I’ve been enjoying some spare time and planted a garden… fixed an irrigation issue with my house… and have been on this health kick… In fact, I hired a company to prepare 3 meals a day - high protein, low carbohydrate. Works out to be $12 bucks a meal, and it’s an excellent way to jumpstart any wellness program.
