Marking my 4th month of being a vegetarian on February 1st i will be starting a challenge month for myself to help better my eating habits. Challenge 1: do not eat any cheese for the entire duration of the month. Bonus challenge: do not eat any deep fried foods for entire duration of the month. If you wish to challenge yourself as well. Take your #1 food vice at home( chips, soda, meat) something unhealthy that you eat way too much of. The bonus challenge is your #1 food vice when going out to eat. It could be the same as your home one but it would be better to pick a different one. Cheese has always been my go to empty calorie food item at home, my second being peanut butter. This challenge will also mean I will be mostly vegan for the entire month since I dont drink milk and Im counting sour cream and cream cheese as being in the same ball park as cheese. Im still getting my fats and calcium in other foods so there isnt much that Im going to need to change. My bonus challenge is absolutely my #1 vice for on the go. Ive resorted to deep fried foods when I go to places like Applebees since Im not eating meat. my mind still wants to wonder to the unhealthy options.
