That a person in a boat pokes a hole into the boat, the membership should toss him out especially if he is the coxswain, no pun intended. Given the choice of worshiping one hour a week with a gay man or a spiritual fraud beside me, I prefer to worship with a man that will leave god’s name out of vouching for the character of convicted financial fraud in civil court or some Christian that would jerk a rope out of a victim’s hands. A victim has a right to petition to god against abusers without feeling guilty for it, regardless if you want to listen or not.
