Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Selection of Diploma Engineers 2013-14 Greetings from Maruti Suzuki !!! Maruti Suzuki India Limited, India’s leading passenger vehicle manufacturer, intends to conduct campus selection process for Diploma Engineers passing out their engineering Diploma in 2013. Eligibility criteria would be: 01. Interested students must have scored at-least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA 02. Students with any back papers are not eligible to participate 03. Students having color blindness problem are also not eligible to participate 04. Students passing out their engineering degree only in 2013 are eligible. • MSIL is looking for candidates in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronics, IT/Computer Science/Plastic, Tool Design, Mechatronics and Paint Technology. • Selection process will consists of ONLINE TEST(being conducted on behalf of MSIL by Cocubes), followed by interviews of candidates shortlisted based on ONLINE Test. Details related to Test schedule will be communicated separately. • Posting will be in any plant/facility of Maruti Suzuki that may in Gurgaon, Manesar, Rohtak, Gujrat or in any office/ location comes up in future. • Selected Diploma Engineers will be designated as JET-1 for first year of training, JET-2 for 2nd year of training. On completion of two years JET-1 & 2 they will be absorbed at level L-08S i.e. Jr. Engineer • During two years of training i.e. JET-1 & JET-2, MSIL offers ATR (Annual Total Remuneration) of Rs.1,80,000/- p.a. and Rs.4,50,000/- p.a. respectively. Maruti follows ATR system in place of CTC. ATR includes only Gross Salary and MSIL’s contribution towards retrials. Costs towards benefits like free uniform, subsidized canteen, leave encashment, hospitalization benefits for self, family and dependant parents etc. (As per MSIL Norms) are not included/factored in ATR. • Selected candidates on joining are also required to sign an agreement with MSIL to serve MSIL for a period of two years.
