Marylands Lawn Fertilizer Law - November 15 is the last day homeowners may fertilize lawns this year; Lawn Care professionals have to December 1. The law is designed to protect the Chesapeake Bay from excess nutrients that enter from a variety of urban sources. The law is specific to Fertilizer Manufacturers and Distributors, Lawn Care Professionals and Homeowners and other Residential Users!
