Masa Takayama. One of my biggest inspirations in my cooking career. Ive never been to Masa in NYC, but have followed his work through the years by watching short clips, listening to interviews and recently on instagram where people tend to post photos of the food served.. Since I opened HOZE 4,5 years ago, I always wanted to achieve the great success of his likeness. Everyday I get closer and closer to gaining that status of being able to serve what I want, no matter the price of the ingredients. Its been a long struggle, but good things come to those who wait. Thank you everybody for making my dreams come true. Ill keep at it until I reach my infinite goal. Kokoro.
