Masoud Mwinyi at the forefront of women empowerment. We applaud Masuod Mwinyi, a student pursuing Peace and Conflict Resolution Studies for his efforts of empowering women. Masoud Mwinyi is a Senior Administration Policeman who is the only male in the Kenya Women Association in Policing, a unit that advocates for the recognition of the efforts made by women in combating crime. He champions the UNSC 1325 resolution ( yet to be implemented in the country) which recognizes the change in warfare and the fact that women are highly targeted and yet they are continually excluded from the peace process.
