Price, 48, of 237 County Route 43, Massena, with disorderly conduct at 6:50 p.m. Monday on East Avenue. Police were responding to a complaint that a man had been involved in a domestic dispute at Massena Memorial Hospital and left on foot. Police said when they located the male suspect on East Avenue and attempted to discuss the matter with him he approached a village police officer in a tumultuous manner.
