Mat 20:28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. All that we do is accounted for, all that is given unto the body of Christ is beneficial unto the produce within our soul. What is given with a cheerful heart is what the Spirit of the Lord desires to use for our own cultivation. 2Co 9:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. 2Co 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work: How is our offering unto the Lord? Is it a sweet smelling offering or is it rotten before Him, it is what our hearts represent. All that we have is what has been given unto us and what is received is of the Lords, how we maintain these gifts is what is being processed within us to see. We learn through the Spirit of our Lord, in our failures we become triumphant in Him, if we become obedient unto what we have been shown. Our walk is no ones, but our own. 2Co 7:15 And his inward affection is more abundant toward you, whilst he remembereth the obedience of you all, how with fear and trembling ye received him. Eph 6:5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; Phl 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. God loves a cheerful giver and if we have the very least, whatever is given, let it be given with grace, peace, and love. Christ brought truth to His disciples ears, and truth is also brought into our ears, do we give ear to what He says? Luk 21:1 ¶ And he looked up, and saw the rich men casting their gifts into the treasury. Luk 21:2 And he saw also a certain poor widow casting in thither two mites. Luk 21:3 And he said, Of a truth I say unto you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all: Luk 21:4 For all these have of their abundance cast in unto the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had. Jesus forgive us if our desires are greater than the desire that thy Spirit is trying to produce in us. Our flesh wars with thy Spirit and we are not always triumphant, but you have given us eyes to see and as we see, we ask for thy love to overcome all our wants. As the widow had given her all, her all was all in her heart that she gave. What is given from the heart is what is presented unto thy Spirit, Lord as we walk with thee, change us from within and create within us a sweet smell unto thy Spirit. Jesus make us worthy unto the calling which we have been called to. Amen PHL. 4 15 Now ye Philippians know also, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but ye only. 16 For even in Thessalonica ye sent once and again unto my necessity. 17 Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. 18 But I have all, and abound: I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, wellpleasing to God. 19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. 20 Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen. 21 Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you. 22 All the saints salute you, chiefly they that are of Caesars household. 23 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
