Mathletes: Be sure to have completed the final on-line assignment of the calendar year! These contests, provided by The Math Leagues on-line program, will not only prepare you for the spring contest, but also for solving math and science problems in school, AND finally, scoring the highest in your grade on the paper and pencil contest we have in January ensures your place in the line-up for the NHCS District Mathletes competitions. By now, you know the drill...there are 30 questions and after months of practice, you should try to be finishing them in 30 minutes. You can (and should) use a calculator. No one expects a perfect score, but try your best. We meet on Thursday morning at 7:30 for breakfast (Bagels!) and a lesson. Be sure to wear your Mathletes shirts! online.mathleague/login.php
