Matt Damon is so far from the eponymous-only lunkhead in Team America: World Police:) the dismantling of moral relativism is lovely. the simplicity of the communication admirable. the wise regard of so-called national boundaries - thank you! his supposition is right on. totally made me think of the frequent identifier of the Kingdom of Heaven as the upside-down Kingdom Damon only takes a medium-sized step in identifying the problem - the root being, mans obedience to themselves and the world and disobedience of Gods Law - national problems are our/my/your problem writ large. They did not keep the covenant of God And refused to walk in His law ~ Psalms 78:10 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience ~ Ephesians 5:6 the headline is also silly. Matt Damon has been a vocally compassionate, erudite & encouraging champion of the brighter angles of democracy for quite a long while. Huzzah!
