Matt thanks for sharing this. Brothers who have served in the military have known this for decades as a result of being introduced to diverse cultures while being posted overseas. This phenomena will only worsen, in my opinion, before it gets better. Let it be known, though, that not all sisters with more earning power have the same expectation. The lady from Brazil made the most important statement early in the video. That being Brazil is a patrilineal society, while Black American society has become primarily matrilineal. Most Black women were not raised in a male headed household unless they are over the age of 50. This is a great article for both Black males and females to see. It certainly gives a different perspective. I just dusted my Passport off by the way. Seriously though, Brazil has always been at the top of the list of places I want to visit. I think their National Tourism Board should post this video in Boston, D.C., NT, L.A. and other cities. People would be wondering where all the brothers at??
